How To Set Up Ads.txt On Blogger Blog. guess most of you mus have been seeing the information online in regards to ads.txt and how lots of blogger is making too much noise on it and you may think its difficult to implements. even google blogger platform has made it easier for blogger blog owners to enable the features so they can add ads.txt details to their blog.

this was made easy for those using WordPress self hosted blog as you just need to create an ads.txt file on your domain root path. but for blogger blog owners, it was not easy as you are not using a self hosted blog such as WordPress but google blogger blog that doesn't have option to add files on root of your domain as you need to go through blogger settings to enable such option.

 
don't worry its not difficult at all as all you need to do is to add some line of text to the ads.txt option on your blogger blog settings. luckily blogger platform have added the features for ads.txt to be enabled by blog owners operating their blogs on blogger blog

Authorized Digital Sellers, or ads.txt is an IAB initiative that helps ensure that your digital ad inventory is only sold through sellers (such as AdSense) who you've identified as authorized. Creating your own ads.txt file gives you more control over who's allowed to sell ads on your site and helps prevent counterfeit inventory from being presented to advertisers.

How To Create Ads.txt On Blogger Blog

==> Login to your blogger blog and click on the blog you wish to create ads.txt for.

==> go to Settings-Search Preferrence

 then scroll down to the options Monetize

==> you will see the option to enable custom ads.txt

==> click on the edit button close to it to and select YES

a box will be displayed for you to add the advertiser you are using. below is format for google adsense.Include the following line:

google.com, pub-0000000000000000, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0


Important: Make sure you replace pub-0000000000000000 with your own publisher ID.

to get your publisher ID, login to your google adsense and scroll to the top right, you will see your publisher id.
